Our OCJFC Parents and Friends are actively working on our Annual Junior Trivia Night to be held in the Senior Pavilion on Saturday 21st July. This event is our major fundraising event
for the year; for those of you who attended in 2011, you will remember what a fabulous social night it was for our club. We had tables with over 100 people attending. You can book a table for 10 people. Please mark this day in your calendar and book the babysitter.
THE HOST
Tony is our host again this year he is a Trivia King and his dance moves are not that bad either. He jokes and connects with the crowd making the night unforgettable. You do not need to be a Trivia expert to take part. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to participate in activities and challenges with the emphasis of “FUN”.
TICKETS
Tickets will be on sale for $30 in the office soon this includes Dinner and Dessert. You will need a ticket for entry on the night. You can organise a table or we can help you find a table. The only
things you need to bring is nibbles and coins for games. There will be heaps of Auction items to bid on. Donations An extensive mail out has been sent seeking donations from a variety of businesses and companies. Please keep this event in mind next time you visit your hairdresser, have your next pamper treatment, most businesses are willing to support. The donations will be used for
prizes, Lucky boxes/balloons and Silent Auction items. The club is grateful for all
types of donations.
Team Baskets
Our Themed team hampers are always a popular Silent Auction item on the night. Every team will be allocated a theme with some teams sharing a theme. We will send out a list of themes shortly. These will include kids party, Mums/Dads hamper, Super Sports, Chocolate lovers Bathroom, Biscuits, Pasta and many more.
