Coaches are responsible for implementing the Oakleigh Cannons Juniors Soccer Coaching Curriculum, ensuring that all training sessions and match-day activities align with the club’s philosophy and development goals.

A Team Manager serves as the linchpin between players, coaches, club administrators, parents, and officials, ensuring the smooth operation of all team activities both on and off the field.

Backup lines people, also known as assistant referees, play a crucial role in ensuringthe smooth conduct of a football match, especially when a designated FV referee is absent from a "Home" game.

The Equipment Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that the team operates smoothly, looks professional, and is always prepared for both training sessions and match days.
